What we built
Full-perimeter dog-ear privacy fence — Pressure-treated pine privacy fencing along the property's alley and shared boundaries, built to a consistent height and style that fits the historic character of Victorian Village.
Individual gates for every unit — Each condo owner got their own gate, numbered to their address, so residents have direct, private access to their space.
HOA and code compliance — We worked directly with the association president and board to confirm the fence met Columbus zoning requirements and the neighborhood's standards before a single post went in.
How we made it easy for the association
Separate invoicing for each owner — Rather than handing the HOA one bill to divide up, we split the project into per-unit invoices so every owner paid their own share directly. Less work for the board, no awkward money conversations between neighbors.
One point of contact — The board dealt with one contractor for scheduling, approvals, and questions, start to finish.
